Buildings should be good neighbours.
– Paul Thiry

Not only should a project be pleasing to the eye, but as minimally invasive to your community as possible. We aim to be good neighbors while we plan, work and long after the project is complete.

There is a great deal of planning that goes into every project. From the design to the timetable, everything is mapped out according to our clients needs. What most construction companies do not factor in to their plans is the impact on the local community, especially neighbors.

While it can be great to see your neighbor improving the aesthetic of your street, few enjoy the early morning starts and noise associated with a remodel or custom build.

We always aim to be sensitive to our surroundings, considerate as to when and how we work and as minimally disruptive as possible. We want the neighborhood to be satisfied with the new project as well as the client, pleased with the result and the process involved. We believe that neighbors should be excited to see the client’s finished project, not just glad that it’s over!

“At Rainier Custom Homes we know that finding the right Contractor for your project is very important. We pride ourselves on our high referral rating and know that this is a result of our philosophy and approach to each project. We are ever aware of our surroundings and will strive to create a good experience for all involved. Neighbors and spectators included.”
