Craftsman Harbor Heights Home

Our customers came to us with an existing house plan that they asked us to modify and expand to better suit their active lifestyle and also take advantage of the natural beauty of their forested acreage. We worked closely with them to create a wonderfully warm and gracious home that fits naturally into their gorgeous park-like setting but also incorporated a par 3 practice hole and also set the stage for a natural “pond look” swimming pool with beach entry and slide. The spacious two-bedroom apartment above the attached garage was designed for future caretakers or the clients’ parents in later years.
