I am just finishing up what II believe is my 6th remodel project with Rainier Construction over the past 20 years or so. They have always been great to do business with and i have been happy with every project. Their process has improved and been refined over the years. This project (bathroom and bedroom remodel) had a pre-construction phase and manager and then a hand-off to the project manager for the construction phase. This worked really well. Nevin and Mike are both strong communicators and met regularly, asked thorough questions, and provided patient education as needed. Remodels aren’t fun (especially if you are living in the midst of it); but they can be worth it and the team at Rainier Custom Homes goes above and beyond to make sure that it is and that the customer is happy. I love my new space!
